MR. HERVE TCHAMBA
FOUNDER & CEO
Mr. Tchamba brings 28 years of civil engineering and construction management expertise, with extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure projects across Cameroon that have included critical work on a national road, construction and rehabilitation of access roads in multiple cities, and assisting with preparations for the 2021 African Cup of Nations.
Since 2003, Mr. Tchamba has worked as a Construction Manager, Founder, and CEO, partnering with organizations such as Croisiere BTP SARL and Prisma SARL on multiple road projects that included improving degraded roads, supervising maintenance works, and overseeing rehabilitation work across the whole of Cameroon.
His contributions to the industry were recognized in 2024 with his appointment as Chevalier of the Order of Valor by the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon.
